Lori Gray Muligano - Professional Singer/Pianist Available for Hire
Lori brings her flowing contemporary piano playing together with her smooth jazz voice. Her style lends itself naturally to weddings, corporate cocktail parties, dinner music for your events, social functions and engagements as well as solo piano bar. Lori is a singer and keyboardist and has performed with and directed a variety of bands over the past 25 years. She loves performing her favorites in her own style, whether they are old standards, more current selections or her originals. Don't have a piano? No problem! Lori has her own 88-key Roland keyboard and sound system that she can bring along.
Private Lessons in Voice, Piano or Guitar
Lori teaches voice and/or piano lessons for youth starting at age 10 through adults. She teaches beginning/intermediate voice lessons and intermediate/advanced piano lessons in her private teaching Garden Studio F located at the Lakeside Legacy Arts Park (attached to the Dole Mansion) at 401 Country Club Road in Crystal Lake, IL. During the school year (Labor Day to Memorial Day), Lori teaches three days a week: Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays. She also teaches a summer session on Tuesdays and Wednesdays (starting the week after Father's Day until mid-August). Husband/Lead Guitarist George Muligano is now offering guitar lessons for beginners all the way to the professional level. Being one of the few Music Therapists in private practice in the area, Lori also works with several community organizations to use her skills as a music therapist to touch lives. A writer of beautiful piano melodies, Lori is working on her first solo CD that includes some of Lori's favorite jazz standards like "It's Alright with Me", "Come Rain or Come Shine", "Nearness of You", "Cheek to Cheek (Heaven)", "Fever" and "Peel Me a Grape" along with her original music.
