Lori and George

If chemistry is what makes a musical collaboration work, then singer/pianist Lori and husband guitarist George have it made. Entrancing crowds whenever they play, this dynamic musical duo will take you through a range of styles and emotions. Their unique arrangements of current hits, old familiar songs and original music will move you.

Both Lori and George have been inundated with music from an early age. Lori started playing the piano at the tender age of 4. George was raised in a family of musicians and got his first real guitar at the age of 13. They met playing music and have played together ever since. Most often, they are members of a larger band, playing rock n' roll, blues, jazz or original music. More recently, they have been performing as a twosome and have appeared throughout the northwest suburbs of Chicago as "Lori and George".

Each brings their own unique personalities to the stage. George's rock roots along with his humorous personality compliments Lori's warm jazz style and endearing nature. Lori's smooth jazz voice adds new interpretation to old standards and new favorites. And audiences have been pleased and amazed by the wonderful lead guitar work that George weaves into their performances.
